I started this blog almost a year ago, knowing nothing about WordPress. I wanted to write about things that inspire me and how I cope with fibromyalgia, so I just started and didn’t really take the time to learn the tool fully. I have muddled my way along, making my share of mistakes:

Thank You Thursday

This is just a quick post to reblog a post from Tangible Triumph to say thank you for allowing me to share my blog and to spread some kindness and good cheer:

LETS ALL HELP EACH OTHER First of all If you re-blog this post you help me, I help you and you help your readers, so everyone wins. There are thousands of good blogs out there and think of all of that we are missing.

It happens to be Employee Appreciation week at my work this week, and today’s theme is “Thank You Thursday.” I will be visiting a few departments that I interact with to bring them baskets of healthy snacks. As we can never have too much kindness in this world, please consider doing your own Random Act of Kindness this week.

“No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted.” ~ Aesop

I would love to hear from you about how you are spreading kindness and cheer today, and everyday! Thanks for reading.

Cheers!
