Smiling and laughing are great for your health!

Just a quick Monday morning post to remind you to laugh and smile today. I am headed back to the office full-time this week after 13 months of partially working from home. We tried this once before in October, but within about a month we were back to part-time in the office again, thanks to the pandemic. So I think I will really need the positivity to get me through this week, as I expect it to feel longer than usual.

A positive attitude and the ability to laugh are key to good health and longevity. They do say that laughter is the best medicine, so why not give it a try. What have you got to lose!? 🙂

Life with fibromyalgia can be tough.

Life with fibromyalgia can be tough. It can be downright debilitating at times. On day 13 of a very wicked fibro flare I finally started feeling human again. Not quite 100% mind you, but it appears I am finally on the downside of this one.

Letter Board No. 35

“Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be wonderful.”

I have had this quote in my office for a few weeks now and just haven’t found the time/energy/motivation to write anything. After 100+ days of quarantine, one cancelled vacation, getting birthday wishes from my husband on the wrong day, and rediscovering hobbies that make me happy, I have definitely discovered that life doesn’t have to be perfect to be wonderful. Sometimes you just have to make your own happiness and joy.
