As I posted on Instagram this morning, “May your Friday be short, and your weekend be long!” š
“There are better days ahead.”

Yes, this is my Friday mood. A little attempt at some non-motivational humor, I suppose.
I have been in a weeks long flare up of fibromyalgia, since getting a massage on Labor Day. And the chronic stress I have been dealing with for a year now just exacerbates these flares and prolongs them. Chronic stress. Chronic pain. Chronic exhaustion. Vicious cycles.
When will it end?!?
I am hoping for some down time this weekend to rest and recover. I am also trying to break my stress eating “sweet tooth” habit that started up this last week or so. Drinking lots of lemon water and writing everything down that I eat, to hold myself accountable.
How do you deal with stress?

Oh my. Yes I canāt chew gum very long either, since my TMJ treatment years ago.
