Some days it may be hard to see past the pain, but being able to do just that may be instrumental in our happiness, success, and well-being. It’s not a matter of ignoring or hiding the pain, but more a place of looking past the darkness of the pain to find the light – something to look forward to, something positive, good, and joyful.
“Find a place inside where there’s joy and the joy will burn out the pain.”
Here’s wishing you a joy-filled, pain-free weekend!
Yes Cynthia! As within, so without. Simple way to feel good, or to shift toward feeling good, even if the outside world seems a bit hairy or zany or even painful. This is why I dig meditating and doing yoga; both habits open you up to feeling your fears and pains, to feel ’em, versus resisting these energies. This is the path to liberation. Thanks for sharing my friend!

Yes! I am so enjoying my 30 day yoga journey that I will definitely be continuing this practice. Look for my wrap up next week with my lessons learned. Thanks Ryan!
