I love posting motivational and inspirational quotes. So while I was shopping over the weekend I decided to pick up this cute letter board from Home Goods, so I could showcase some of those sayings at work. I manage a small team and am always looking for positive messages to spread.

Monday is here again. Yes, the weekends never seem long enough. But still, it’s best to start that work week with a positive attitude! “Be a ray of sunshine in someone’s otherwise cloudy day.”

Last semester when my daughter was having a rough time, I started texting her on Monday mornings a little motivational quote or picture, just to start her Monday off on the right foot.
