Letter Board No. 15

“Do something today your future self will thank you for!”

If we only knew then what we know now. Hindsight is 20/20. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift.

We can learn from our past mistakes, but we shouldn’t dwell on them. We are always moving forward. So let’s all do something today to make our future self proud and thankful.

Eat healthy.

Take a walk.

Read a book.

Drink plenty of water.

Smell a flower.

Call a friend.

Wear your sunscreen.

Exercise.

Meditate or pray.

Express gratitude.

Enjoy life.

Think healthy/feel healthy.

Watch a sunrise or sunset.

Smile every day.

Remember that “little hinges swing big doors,” so the little changes you make today can make a big difference tomorrow. And your future self will thank you for it! 😉

What little thing will you do today to help your future self?

    1. I wish I could claim credit, but it’s from JJ Virgin. She’s a diet and fitness guru. I love her podcasts. 😊 And I love it too. Incremental changes we make in our lives add up and have big impacts!

  1. Oh don’t you love hindsight…but we just don’t have in the time we could have done with it! Great post!
But as we grow in wisdom we look ahead…

To answer your question Cynthia…I will look after myself in kindness & gentleness & keep on smiling 😀
    Bless you,
    Jennifer
