Still Figuring it All Out

Some of you might have noticed a few changes here lately. For the last two years, I haven’t had a title for my blog, so I just used my social media handle photobaugh. But I did have a tagline “Finding Inspiration in Everyday Life.” I recently got inspired and I have decided to call my blog My Inspired Fibro Life and change the tagline to “Finding Inspiration in Everyday Life While Living with Fibromyalgia.” pexels-photo-211122.jpeg

So my site may continue to go through minor tweaks and changes in the coming weeks and months. Although I have been blogging for over two years now and in the tech industry for over 25 years, I still like I am still trying to figure it all out. Fibro-fog is real, people! I just can’t retain and concentrate like I used to.

I am taking a class on Canva to improve my graphics, reviewing the WordPress courses on blogging, getting advice from other seasoned bloggers like Lee Good of FibrobloggerDirectory.com, and trying to hone my skill. Next up is getting a logo and/or header for my site, as the resolution of the one I am using now is very poor.

I hope you’ll stick with me and weather these changes. In the end I hope to have a site I can be happy with and proud of. Meanwhile, you can still find me in all the usual places: www.photobaugh.com, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest as @photobaugh.

If you have any suggestions or advice, I would ❤ to hear them! I need all the help I can get. 🙂

  • Is my tagline too long or repetitive?
  • Do I dump the current header pic until I find a new one?

Cheers!

Cynthia

  1. I think your new title is excellent and the tagline works nicely with it. I think you should continue to use your current image until you replace it because your readers expect to see it, and the blog will look dry without a picture. I enjoy working on improving my blog just as much as actually writing posts for it. Your blog looks good to me; as you say a higher resolution feature image will improve things but other than that, there is little wrong that I can see x
