Letter Board No. 38

Smiling and laughing are great for your health!

Just a quick Monday morning post to remind you to laugh and smile today. I am headed back to the office full-time this week after 13 months of partially working from home. We tried this once before in October, but within about a month we were back to part-time in the office again, thanks to the pandemic. So I think I will really need the positivity to get me through this week, as I expect it to feel longer than usual.

A positive attitude and the ability to laugh are key to good health and longevity. They do say that laughter is the best medicine, so why not give it a try. What have you got to lose!? 🙂

Laugh, smile, and be awesome.

Benefits of Laughing

  • Relaxes the body
  • Releases endorphins
  • Boosts immunity
  • Protects your heart
  • Burns calories
  • Helps you live longer

And if you want some fibromyalgia humor, be sure to check out the #FunnyFibro hashtag on Twitter that Lee from FibroBloggerDirectory uses to impart some humor in our days.

Benefits of Smiling

  • Improves your mood
  • Reduces pain
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Boosts your immune system
  • Improves relationships

Happy Monday! I hope it’s an awesome day!
