While dreams and wishes and our imagination are great things to motivate and invigorate, they won’t sustain us. Nor will they come true if we don’t act. And every moment counts.

What is the tomorrow of your dreams?

Do you often tell yourself “Tomorrow I will…”?

  • Start a diet
  • Start exercising
  • Get healthy
  • Go back to school
  • Go on a vacation
  • Learn something new
  • Start a new business

Today you can be brave; be a superhero; and you CAN do great things to build the future of your dreams. It’s your choice.

Start. Go. Learn.

As Mark Twain so aptly put it, “The secret of getting ahead is getting started.”

So start today.

You know all those things you’ve been wanting to do? You should do them! 

Today I am recommitting to my healthy habits to help shed a few pounds I have gained these last few stress and pain-filled months. Those habits include: keeping a food diary and starting my day with yoga and gratitude. My goal is for those habits to help me tomorrow with a better attitude, less pain, and fewer flares.
