What does your “To Do” list look like? Is it miles long with nothing checked off? Or do you have the focus and dedication to get things done?Do you set goals for yourself, either at work or at home?
It definitely takes determination and perseverance to reach your goals. And you sometimes have to be brave, not perfect in taking risks. I have a little placard that sits on my desk at work and home that says “Done is better than perfect.” Because let’s be honest, we can sometimes get caught up in the minutiae and never actually finish something. Am I right?

I know how easy it is to give up. Sometimes I start things only to find I really don’t love them. Sometimes I give up things because I don’t have the energy or drive to continue. Along the way I know I tried, maybe I failed, and I always learned. And then I set new goals. So reframing those things in your mind can help shift your mindset for the next great goal you have.
