Letter Board No. 14

“It’s a good day to have a great day.”

It’s Earth Day and another Monday morning, so here’s a little motivation and optimism to start your week. The saying usually goes, “It’s a good day to have a good day,” but I say AIM HIGHER! Why not have a GREAT day?!!

When reaching for our goals, we need to have a positive attitude to carry us forward. So try this experiment this week:

Tell yourself every day this week that it's going to be a great day. When people ask you how you are doing, tell them you're doing great! Pretty soon you'll start believing it. Your positive attitude can help you accomplish great things.

You can create a positive attitude from the minute you wake up by meditating, praying, or saying some gratitudes before you even get out of bed. This practice can help you cultivate a positive mindset before your feet hit the floor. Try to block the negativity so you can move forward, get things done, and work towards those goals.

I hope you make it a Great Day!

What are your morning habits to start your day? Do you do something to cultivate a positive, growth mindset each day?

  1. Yes Cynthia! I do! It’s the most important decision I make every morning. “Today I will be happy!” I decide every morning to greet my husband with a smile or a frown, the smile works better! Have a happy day, Cynthia! Great post. As usual!😊🤩
