I really need to do exercises but I hurt too much. I hope my doc can give me something that my stomach will tolerate so I can exercise with less pain!

Oh I am sorry. I have had that in the past. Two endoscopies and my gall bladder was removed. Uncomfortable! Good luck!

Definitely!! Traveling solo just three days after my shots and I need the reminder for lifting luggage because packing light when going to snow is not an option! 😂
